As a southerner, i just had to try this first on a ham sandwich. Totally wicked!!! :-) Actually, i really wanted to try it out on some planked Salmon, so the wife and I did so last weekend. We were both so impressed how the flavors coordinated together so wonderfully. This combination and a good bottle of Reisling made the night for us! Thanks for introducing us to this product.
