Based on our award winning Fiery Peach Grilling Glaze, now available in apricot! We choose the highest quality organic apricots from Palisade, Colorado and add organic horseradish along with a variety of spices. The resulting blend is an all-natural fruit glaze with a mild spicy kick that adds a great flavor to grilled favorites. We particularly like this glaze with cedar planked salmon.  Made from all natural ingredients - no preservatives!  Product of Colorado.

Had Alaskan salmon cooked on a cedar plank with Wild River Apricot Glaze two different times and now ordering some to prepare myself. Outstanding flavor! Was the hit of a large outdoor barbecue function cooked on a Lynx ProSear outdoor grill. Better than any I have ever had at a restaurant, even in Alaska!! Go for it!!


Apricot Grilling Glaze
  • Add glaze generously to the salmon and let seal in the moisture
  • Do not allow glaze to drizzle over edge of grilling plank
  • Garnish salmon with several fresh peach slices
  • Cook until internal temperature is approx. 135F°
