Having lived in Colorado at one point in time, I couldn't believe it when I saw you were offering Palisade Peach Glaze for salmon. Everyone knows Palisade peaches are the BEST anywhere. The combination of using it on salmon and cooking it on your cedar planks was a dream come true for me. Brought back good memories of my days in Colorado and and I will now get to enjoy it anytime I want. The moistness of the salmon blew me away. Thanks guys.
- Mix preserves with favorite spices to make a glaze
- Add glaze generously to the salmon and let seal in the moisture
- Do not allow glaze to drizzle over edge of grilling plank
- Garnish the salmon with several fresh peach slices
- Cook until internal temperature is approx. 135F°
