Replacement Wood Grilling Planks

These 100% organic untreated planks are thick! At 1 1/4" thick, they are more than 3 times thicker than the typical grilling planks you have been buying at your local grocery store....and even from well known gourmet kitchen stores. The extra thickness helps prevent the salmon from drying out. Using the included soaking bag, the plank will help retain the natural moisture in the salmon. 

With proper preparation and care, you should be able to get 20 grillings from each Wild River Grilling plank.
